We want you to make sure you are happy with your purchase from the moment you place your order. Pink Lemonade Shop strives to make the highest quality products and we stand behind the craftsmanship of your pads. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know within three (3) days of receiving your order and we would be happy to assist you.
In-stock orders are processed and shipped in the order they were received, and will usually ship within five (5) business days, excluding major U.S. holidays and weekends. Orders placed during a sale are subject to a ten (10) business day shipping window due to the volume of orders placed during the sale. All items are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
Once your package leaves our location, we are not responsible for delivery and do not control the USPS. For questions regarding delivery status, please contact the USPS directly. We are happy to add insurance to your package at your request. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase insurance and other services on your package shipping.
All orders include a tracking number that will be automatically sent via email when your package is ready for packaging. Please note that tracking numbers may not update for an additional 1-3 business days depending on shipping timeframes and the USPS scanning process. If you would like to add insurance to you order please contact us immediately and we will invoice you for the additional charge prior to shipping. International Customers are responsible for any and all duties and taxes that may be assessed in your country’s Customs department.
Due to the intimate nature of many of our products, Cloth Menstrual Pads, Menstrual Cups, and Cloth Diapers are non returnable unless there was an error made on our part or an item is defective. Seconds and Clearance items are nonreturnable/nonexchangeable. If an item is defective or you need to exchange any of our store’s items that are not excluded above, contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Name and Email Address
- Order Number (can be found in your confirmation email)
- Item(s) you would like to return
- Reason for return
- If you would like an exchange, which items you would like to receive.
Once we have received your return/exchange request, we will be in touch to discuss and complete the request.
